Owen Sullivan
Chief Executive Officer
Owen Sullivan joined Jefferson Wells as Chief Executive Officer in 2003. He is an Executive Vice President of Jefferson Wells' parent company, Manpower, and in 2004 was also named CEO of our sister company, Right Management. Owen's 20-plus years of corporate and entrepreneurial business experience includes nine years with Metavante Corporation (formerly M&I Data Services) in Milwaukee, where he was President of the Enterprise Solutions and Financial Services groups. Through his firm Sullivan Advisors, LLC, he provided consulting services to venture capitalists and equity groups, building strategic plans and evaluating acquisition opportunities. Owen began his career at IBM where he spent 14 years in several sales and marketing management positions. He is a graduate of Marquette University and has completed executive programs through both the Kellogg School of Business and Harvard Business School.

Mike Touhey
President and Chief Operating Officer
Mike Touhey was named President and Chief Operating Officer in 2007. Prior to joining Jefferson Wells, he served as Right Management’s Executive Vice President of the Americas, where he was responsible for the strategy and execution of the company’s vision in the North and South American markets. In his role with Jefferson Wells, Mike is responsible for overseeing service, operations, growth and business development and provides strategic focus and leadership to the next phase of growth at Jefferson Wells. Mike has more than 25 years of leadership responsibility in the professional services industry, with a strong record of success in highly competitive and mature markets, as well as rapidly developing industries. He has held executive positions with Fiserv, Benequant, Metavante and IBM. Mike received an undergraduate and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Marquette University.

Jeff Docalavich
Chief Financial Officer
Jeff Docalavich brings over 20 years of financial and information technology leadership to his role as Chief Financial Officer of Jefferson Wells. Prior to joining Jefferson Wells, he served as Vice President of Finance and Business Operations for a division of Rockwell Automation, leading all finance functions, Six Sigma implementation and sales operations functions in Asia, Europe and Latin America. He has held leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer, for AlliedSignal international divisions (acquired by Honeywell) in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. In his role with Jefferson Wells, Jeff is responsible for all financial and information technology aspects of Jefferson Wells operations, including financial reporting and investor relations. Jeff earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University.

Bill Kellner
Vice President - Human Resources
Bill Kellner brings over 15 years of global human resources leadership to his role as Vice President of Human Resources for Jefferson Wells. Prior to joining Jefferson Wells, he served as Vice President of Group Human Resources for a $650MM group of Rexnord Industries, leading the human resources function for 2,700 employees. He has held a number of leadership roles with global companies, including Harris Corporation, Datex-Ohmeda and Fiskars Brands. Bill began his career at Rockwell International. In his role with Jefferson Wells, Bill is responsible for all human resources aspects of Jefferson Wells operations, including talent strategies, recruitment, benefits, compensation and employee relations. He earned a Master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida.

John LeBlanc, CPA
Vice President - Product Management
John LeBlanc is a senior executive with nearly 25 years experience in public accounting, consulting and resource management for Fortune 1000 companies in the areas of strategic business planning, information systems implementation, personnel administration and operations process reengineering. As Partner with Arthur Andersen LLP, John was responsible for a $125 million consulting practice spanning 13 Midwest cities and the Milwaukee Office consulting practice. John’s background also includes expertise in managing hundreds of employees, developing human resource strategies and leading employee-centered programs and services across large corporate divisions and multiple locations. Prior to joining Jefferson Wells, he was a Managing Director with BearingPoint, Inc., formerly KPMG Consulting. John holds a BS in Accounting from Indiana University, Bloomington.

Mark Bealin
Vice President – Enterprise Accounts and East Region
Mark Bealin joined Jefferson Wells in 2003, serving as Managing Director of the Detroit and Grand Rapids offices and most recently as Vice President, Operations. Prior to this, he was a partner in the Consulting Group of Computer Sciences Corporation. He has over 20 years of combined industry and consulting experience focusing on finance and operations. Mark is responsible for overseeing service, operations, growth and business development for the East Region. Mark earned his BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from the University of Detroit.

Liana O’Drobinak
Vice President – South Region
Liana O’Drobinak joined Jefferson Wells in 2005, serving as Managing Director of the Florida offices. Prior to joining Jefferson Wells, she founded and was partner and CEO of Acclaris, Inc., a global business process outsourcing provider. O’Drobinak began her career at a Big Four public accounting firm, where she held a variety of leadership roles, including partner in charge of the internal audit practice for Florida. She has a wealth of experience in internal audit, business risk, financial accounting, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, and business process redesign and outsourcing. Liana is responsible for overseeing service, operations and growth, and for developing long-term client relationships in the region. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor.

W. David Perkins
Vice President – West Region
Dave Perkins joined Jefferson Wells in 2004, serving as Managing Director of the Denver and Salt Lake offices. Prior to joining Jefferson Wells, he was Vice President and General Manager for Metavante Corporation in Milwaukee. He brings more than 30 years of expertise in general management, finance, marketing, sales and sales management, including 23 years with IBM Corporation. Dave is responsible for overseeing service, operations, growth, and for developing long-term client relationships in the region. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis.

Sal Mondelli
Vice President – Central Region
Sal Mondelli brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience in the services and consulting industries to his role at Jefferson Wells. Prior to joining Jefferson Wells, he was Executive Vice President of Solutions Sales for Wausau Financial Systems, a $100 million software and services firm focused on the financial services industry. Prior to this, he held senior level positions, including President of Intradyn, Inc. and Transition Networks. He also served as Business Unit Executive of the retail and distribution industries with IBM Corporation. Sal is responsible for overseeing service, operations, growth and business development for the region. Sal earned an undergraduate degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and a Master’s degree from the University of Southern California.

Ted Young
Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Ted was appointed Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Jefferson Wells in 2007. Ted also serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Right Management, positions he has held since January 2003. He has responsibility for all legal matters related to both corporations, including corporate governance, government compliance, acquisitions, contracts and litigation. Prior to joining Right, Ted served as outside legal counsel to Right Management as a senior partner in the Philadelphia law firm Fox Rothschild LLP, and participated in more than 50 acquisitions worldwide for Right. From 1971 to 1991, Ted practiced law at the Philadelphia law firm Dilworth Paxson. He is a graduate of Penn State University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
