(“Manpower”) and Jefferson Wells’ various affiliates (“Affiliates”). If you use the Site to initiate communication regarding your staffing needs, the information you submit may be disclosed to, and processed and responded to by, Manpower and Affiliates. You authorize Jefferson Wells to: (a) accept communications that they receive from you by means of the Site or email as if those communications had been given directly by you in writing and signed by you; (b) disclose your communications to any Manpower and Affiliates, and Jefferson Wells workers by means of the Site, email or other communications; and (c) respond to your communications by means of Internet communications, email or other communications. Communications you send to Jefferson Wells by means of the Site or email are not effective unless and until they are processed by the responsible Jefferson Wells representative. If you submit any incorrect or incomplete communications, or if any communications are damaged or distorted during transmission to Jefferson Wells, you will be liable for any loss, damage or additional costs that you, Jefferson Wells, Manpower and Affiliates, or other persons may incur as a result. Any information submitted to Jefferson Wells, Manpower or Affiliates via this Web Site shall become and remain the property of Jefferson Wells, Manpower and Affiliates. INTERNATIONAL USERS AND CHOICE OF LAW
This Site is controlled, operated and administered by Jefferson Wells from its offices within the US. Jefferson Wells makes no representation that materials on this Site are appropriate or available for use at locations outside the US and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Persons using the Site must comply with all applicable laws. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to conflicts of law provisions. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitration will be before a single arbitrator. The place of arbitration will be Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States of America. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you or Jefferson Wells may seek injunctive relief from an appropriate court located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin prior to or during the arbitration. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the Site must be commenced within six (6) months after the cause of action arises. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Jefferson Wells and you with regard to your use of the Site.
